Arun "Stanley" Mathuram
CEO
With a background in Chemical and Environmental Engineering and over 28 years of experience in sustainability, circularity, climate finance, carbon markets, and environmental engineering, Stanley brings deep technical expertise to every project. He has consistently delivered high-value services that support business growth while aligning with core sustainability principles.
I’m passionate about guiding businesses toward science-based sustainability strategies that enhance brand value, minimize risk, and drive profitability and revenue.

Wan Ping Chua
Senior LCA Practitioner
Wan Ping has worked in Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) and Greenhouse Gas (GHG) accounting and assurance for over 6 years, and has extensive experience helping companies understand the environmental impact of their products, and support them in achieving their sustainability goals. Most recently, Wan Ping served as Sustainability Strategy Director at TensorIoT, where she led companies in performing accurate sustainability reporting following the GHG Protocol, EPA Subpart W, and other up-and-coming frameworks (CDP, CSRD). Wan Ping has a Masters of Environmental Management from the Yale School of Environment.
Dana Pillai
Executive Director – Climate and Energy Transition
Dana Pillai has extensive experience in project development for climate and sustainability projects including project design, stakeholder management, project registration, verification and credit issuances. He holds a Masters degree in Public Policy from Columbia University and has guided methodology development for innovative climate projects, working in conjunction with industry sector experts. Through scientific rigor and the alignment of a diverse group of stakeholders around a common goal, he has ensured success in complex climate projects.
Dr. Jie (Jay) Zhao
CONSULTANT
Zhao is a lecturer at the University of Pennsylvania’s Weitzman School of Design, where he teaches a graduate course on building science and application. He previously served as Head of Delos Labs and Executive Vice President at Delos, leading global research and innovation efforts. His expertise includes building performance, occupant behavior, sensing and controls, and sustainability. Jie has published over 20 academic papers and regularly reviews for leading journals in the field. He is also a media contributor to outlets like the Wall Street Journal and Forbes. He earned his PhD from Carnegie Mellon University.
Timothy Whatley
Sales Development Consultant
With a background in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Purdue University and over eight years of national and international experience in sustainability and safety services, Timothy brings a strong technical and strategic foundation to every project. His work spans sustainability certifications, advisory services, and ISO audit support, helping clients advance their environmental and operational objectives across diverse industries. Fluent in Mandarin and shaped by time in Asia and Europe, Timothy offers a global perspective that enhances cross-cultural collaboration.
Danco Engelbrecht
Senior Business Consultant
Danco Engelbrecht is a sustainability entrepreneur and consultant with over a decade of experience in agriculture, energy, and international trade. He has led projects in carbon markets, renewable energy, and circular economies across Africa and the USA. His work spans carbon credit certification, fuel logistics, and renewable energy initiatives in solar, wind, and hydrogen. Danco also advances carbon sequestration through biochar, biogas, and wastewater solutions, bringing both vision and execution to low-carbon development.
